I had two companies come out to look at my roof and assess the problems I was having. Mark was much more thorough in his investigation and what he uncovered made sense to me as the causes of our issues. I went ahead and arranged for him to fix my roof.
On the day he was on time and set about the job efficiently and without fuss. All work was completed and looked very professionally done. I noticed a reduction in the amount of condensation we had been suffering from immediately, and this weekend’s rain didn’t penetrate either.

This was the kind of job that had many roofers walk away without even quoting., but Mike took it on and was excellent from start to finish. Competent, professional and, together with Fay, always prompt in communication.
I didn’t think that keeping a flat roof would have been an option, but in 2 days Mike managed to correct the many flaws that made water pond and permeate the internal walls and totally renovated the roof. I’m really happy with the result and the finish of the heat welded rubber looks very polished.
Mike also took care of correcting other small issues with another part of the roof for free, which was really kind. The job comes with a 25 year workmanship guarantee against manufacturing defects, which is reassuring.
